What happens after I place an order online?
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
If your order is ‘click and collect’ you will receive a text/email to let you know the product is
ready for collection.

How much does delivery cost?
Swarbrigg Shoes offer Free Delivery on all orders €45 and over. Orders under €45 there is a
€5 delivery charge in ROI and Northern Ireland. Delivery to mainland UK (England,
Scotland and Wales) is €6. International delivery can be arranged and shipping costs may
During Sale there is a €5 delivery charge for reductions of 20% or more.
How long does delivery usually take?
All deliveries will be sent by An Post postal services. An Post use track and trace postal
methods and signature may be required. Delivery time is 1-2 working days.
From time to time we experience unexpected delays. We cannot accept responsibility for
delays which are out of our control, for example strikes, bad weather or periods of large
volume orders such as Christmas.
Click & Collect
Place your order online and choose the option for click and collect. Select the shop you wish to collect your order from. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order
has been placed successfully. Once your order is ready for collection we will contact you to inform you of this. Please note that in some instances it may take up to 5 working days, for you order to be ready if your order needs to be transferred between our stores. When
collecting your items, you will need to bring a copy of your order confirmation email either
printed or displayed on a Smartphone. A nominated person may collect your order on your
behalf, but they must have your order confirmation with them. When you enter your selected
shop, please ask one of our sales advisors who will be happy to assist you.
Does Swarbrigg Shoes cover the return postage cost of items?
No, unfortunately we do not cover the return postage cost of items bought online. We advise
that when returning items to us that you use a secure form of delivery as we cannot be held
responsible for items lost in transit.
What happens after I return the shoes purchased online?
Once we receive your shoes we will inspect them to ensure that they are unworn and fit for
resale. We will contact you to inform you that your shoes have arrived and that your account will be credited or an alternative pair will be sent to you.
If you return your shoes in store, we will inspect them to ensure that they are fit for resale.
We will then inform you that we will credit your account through our online system or
facilitate and exchange. We will not process refunds in store.
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
In the unlikely event that we send the wrong product you can contact us at (044) 9348298 or
firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Please return the product to us at either of our
stores. As soon as we receive the returned item we will dispatch the correct product. Please include the receipt for postage in the parcel and we will refund the cost of postage for the returned item.
Can I use gift vouchers or credit notes online?
No at present we only accept gift vouchers and credit notes in store.
